Bushfire Response & Recovery
At CS&A, we understand the devastation that has occurred due to multiple fires occurring across our regional communities. Some of our staff have been there, as CFA volunteer members and/or with clean up and recovery efforts, and have seen the devastation firsthand
Once the first responders and relief crews wind down and move on, the task moves from recovery to rebuilding. That’s where CS&A can help.
We are offering FREE initial phone or online consultations and discounted fees for fire affected landowners throughout the region.
Services we can provide include:
- Re-establishment of Title Boundaries
- Feature Surveys or locating underground services
- Planning Applications for replacement dwellings or structures
- Requirements for specialist reports such as bushfire statements
- Planning process and fees
- Earthworks and drainage for access and infrastructure
CS&A will offer reduced fees for affected residents who require any land surveying, planning or civil engineering works. We will also liaise with councils in affected areas to discuss Fee Waivers or Reduced planning fees for affected residents.
