2025 End of Year Newsletter
From Your Trusted Regional Professionals
As we conclude 2025 we reflect on what has been another big year for CS&A and take this opportunity to thank our new and ongoing clients, colleagues and friends who continue to support our business.
2025 has seen some key milestones achieved with the opening of the Wangaratta Office to support our representation in North East Victoria and the launch of the long awaited new website

Our organisation continues to grow and diversify to meet the needs of our clients and support the major infrastructure projects occurring in Regional Australia.
This includes renewable energy, water corporation major projects, mining, rail, roads, land development and housing
A great example of regional investment in infrastructure is the Arcadia Hatchery $11m expansion which CS&A designed and project managed. The whole CS&A team recently visited the completed project and viewed the scale of this facility.
It is such a great feeling to play our part in the growth of our regional economy.

A big congratulations to Sahan Dinesh for being approved for the National Engineering Register in Civil Engineering. A fantastic achievement and well earned.

We welcomed Graduate Planner Sakshi Belchada to the team earlier this year. She has quickly become a valued member of our planning department, already contributing to a range of projects.

Scott Golightly took on the role of Managing Director earlier in the year and has quickly made a positive impact, offering direction, stability and a future-focused leadership style. We are excited to build on this foundation in the year ahead.

This year saw Tom Kerrins take on the role of Manager Engineering. Tom has long been a valued member of our engineering department, and has been providing valuable guidance and direction as the department continues to grow.

After nearly two decades of dedication, we said goodbye to our Managing Director, Chris Mepham. He has retired after helping shape CS&A since its founding in 2006. We are incredibly grateful for his leadership and commitment over the years, and we wish him all the very best in this next chapter.
