Chris Smith & Associates celebrates the completion of their first year of operation and extends a big thankyou to all clients and acknowledges the hard work of our staff.


 

Chris Smith & Associates Pty Ltd (CS&A) was formed as the trustee company for Subdivision Management & Design Unit Trust in June 2006.

CS&A is comprised of specialist personnel with over 190 years collective experience in the Urban Development and Subdivision industry.

All of the staff live within the City of Greater Shepparton, located in the heart of the Goulburn Valley, the food bowl of Victoria.

All of the key personnel that work in the business have equity in the business. These people have successfully worked together in the industry for many years under different employ. They have now joined together as a team to continue working in the industry under a new banner.
