Chris Smith & Associates currently have several major projects in progress. A small sample of what we are currently undertaking is listed below

Kialla Lakes Estate

This 1000 lot estate is located south of the Broken River in Kialla. Features of the estate include large lots, lakes, parkland and extensive use of water-sensitive urban design. Currently construction is underway on Stage 30 of this prestigous development.

Parkside Gardens

Works are nearing completion on Stage 1 of this 145 lot subdivision on the site of the former International Village. The estate features extensive landscaping and is surrounded by waterbodies.
