Chris Smith & Associates Pty Ltd (CS&A) was formed as the trustee company for Subdivision Management & Design Unit Trust in June 2006.
CS&A is comprised of specialist personnel with over 200 years collective experience in the Urban Development and Subdivision industry.
The majority of our staff live within the City of Greater Shepparton, located in the heart of the Goulburn Valley, the food bowl of Victoria.

Engineering
The Civil Engineering team specialises in the design of infrastructure for multi-lot residential and industrial developments. Typically the team designs roads, drainage, retardation basins and wetlands, sewerage and water reticulation, sewage pump stations and interfaces with telecommunications and energy companies in relation to other essential services.
Surveying
Our Surveying team is one of the most experienced in the Goulburn Valley. Whilst they specialise in subdivision, they also have capability in relation to all types of cadastral survey, feature survey, computations and setout for construction of buildings, roads, earthworks and sewer.
Planning
Our Planners can provide the necessary assistance to obtain planning permits for subdivision and development. They can also assist you with rezoning of land. Our planners will facilitate you getting started with your proposed development.
